Darius Stewart

Darius is a licensed Community Association Manager and has been working in Nevada in the community management industry since 2006. He adds to that experience, years of leadership and management experience from his service in the U.S. Marine Corps as an aerial navigator and fiscal office manager. There he was responsible for coordinating flights with multiple foreign governments and sovereign territories and managing a $1.7 million budget. With these experiences combined Darius is well prepared to handle the diverse challenges that are present in the community management industry today.

For Cornerstone, Darius handles most of the day-to-day management responsibilities for our clients. Darius goes that extra mile for each and every person that he interacts with. When not busy with his work, Darius loves to serve; he volunteers in the Army National Guard, teaches Sunday school at his church, and serves on the Board of Directors in his community.

Darius’ primary goal is to continue providing excellent service and high quality management to our clients while he pursues his degree.

Cheryl Corley

Supervisory CAM

Prior to founding Cornerstone with Darius, Cheryl had a multifaceted career that gave her the expertise necessary to be a professional community manager and business owner. Her experience includes Human Resources – 9 years, Accountant – 13 years, General Contractor/Haz Mat Consultant – 5 years, and Property Management – 10 years.

Cheryl has diversity… the ability to create accurate budgets and financial statements (her accountant hat), the expertise to work closely with contractors (her hard hat); the proficiency to communicate and negotiate (her management hat) and the dexterity to change her hat at a moment’s notice.

Cheryl strongly believes in education and is dedicated to increasing her personal knowledge as well as that of her employees on a regular basis. Cheryl is licensed by the Nevada Real Estate Division as a Supervisory Community Association Manager, a Real Estate Broker and a Property Manager.

If Cheryl had spare time she would spend it golfing, traveling and spending time with her grandchildren.
